1. Introduction. Hunt for the Money Giveaway
("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by SilverCarrot Inc., 132
West 36th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10018 ("Sponsor").
One (1) Monthly Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random
drawing each month of the Promotion Period from among all eligible
entries received during that month. In addition, one (1) Year-End
Grand Prize winner will be selected at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes
from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion
Period and will be given a chance to replace the Grand Prize with
the Bonus Grand Prize. The Sweepstakes is offered only in the
United States. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes registered by
SilverCarrot Inc. and may be presented in different creative presentations.
2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins January 1,
2009 at 12:01:00 a.m. U.S. Central Time ("CT") and ends
December 31, 2009 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT ("Promotion Period").
3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only
to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia
and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older
at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor
and Promoters, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and advertising
and promotion agencies involved with this Sweepstakes, as well
as the immediate family members (defined as parents, spouse, children,
siblings and grandparents) and those living in the same household
of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to
enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official
Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding
in all respects.

enter. After you have completed the entire registration form and
submitted the required information, you will receive one (1) entry
into the Sweepstakes. By registering for the promotion you automatically
will become a member of the club website through which you registered
for the Sweepstakes. Additionally, if you sign up for club membership,
you automatically will be registered for the Sweepstakes. With
club membership, you opt-in to receive daily emails from the club
and Hunt-For-The-Money affiliates. You can unsubscribe from the
clubs at any time. If you cancel club enrollment, your entry into
the Sweepstakes will remain active. LIMIT: Ten (10) entries per
person, per email address, per day, however, only one (1) entry
per person, per email address, per day, per each of the ten (10)
URLs listed above (during the promotion period). Any attempt by
any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries
by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations
and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s
entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated
system or agent to submit entries is prohibited and will result
in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry,
the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter
will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account
holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by
an Internet access provider, online service provider or other
organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner
may be required to show proof of being the authorized account
holder.
b. Offline: To Enter Without Joining a Club: To enter by mail,
handprint your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email
address (if any), and age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper.
Mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage to "Hunt-For-The-Money
#59583 Hunt For the Money Giveaway," 3030 Lyndon B. Johnson
Frwy., Suite #300; Dallas, TX 75234. Entries must be postmarked
by December 31, 2009 and received by January 6, 2010. Only one
(1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Limit: Ten (10) entries
per person, per day. All entries become the exclusive property
of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of
sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt
by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due
entries, which will be disqualified.
Online entries will be entered into the monthly drawing for the
month during which the activity that resulted in the entry was
completed. Entries received for one monthly drawing will not be
rolled over into subsequent monthly drawings. Use of any automated
program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event
of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder
of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant.
Potential winner may be required to show proof that he/she is
the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder"
is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider or other organization
responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated
with the submitted address. Entries will not be acknowledged.
5. Selection of Winners. Monthly Prizes: On or
about the 1st day of each month following each of the twelve months
(“Months”) of the Promotion Period, one Monthly Prize
winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries
received that Month. Year-End Prize: On or about December 31,
2009, one Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing
from among all entries received in the Sweepstakes throughout
the Promotion Period. Random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor
whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes shall
be final and binding. Odds of winning a monthly or Year-end Prizes
depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of
these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfillment
of all requirements. Notification will be sent via e-mail and
/or phone call to the selected winner within ten (10) days of
the drawing at the address/phone number provided at registration.
Except where prohibited, potential winner must sign and return
within ten (10) days of attempted notification, an affidavit of
eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim
his/her prize. If prize involves travel, potential winner's travel
companion(s) must sign and return a release of liability/publicity
at the same time as winner. If the potential winner cannot be
contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact
him/her or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of
eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required
time period, an alternate winner maybe selected in his/her place
at random.
6. Prizes: The odds of an entry being selected as the
Eligible Monthly or Year End winner of the Promotion depend on
the number of entries received.
One (1) Monthly Prize (Level D) will be awarded each Month of
the Sweepstakes. Monthly Grand Prize (Level D) is one hundred
dollars ($100). One (1) Year-End Grand Prize (Level D) will be
awarded at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Year- End Grand
Prize is five hundred dollars ($500).
Bonus Grand Prize: Each Grand Prize winner will be given
one (1) chance to play an online game “hunt for the money”
with the opportunity to replace his/her Grand Prize with the Bonus
Grand Prize. Monthly Bonus Grand Prize is Prize Level A - $100,000;
Prize Level B - $10,000 or Prize Level C - $2,500, if won. Odds
of replacing the Grand Prize with the Bonus Prize are Level A
-1:3,250, Level B – 1:150, Level C – 1:25. If Grand
Prize winner is unsuccessful in replacing his/her Grand Prize
with the Bonus Grand Prize, he/she will still win the Grand Prize
Level D. In the event the Grand Prize winner is successful in
replacing the Grand Prize with the Bonus Grand Prize, he/she will
have the option of accepting one of the non-cash prizes specified
at Sponsors Website in lieu of the Bonus Grand Prize, not to exceed
the bonus grand prize won. No substitution, assignment or transfer
of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right
to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value
in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Winner is responsible
for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registrations,
and other fees, including any required insurance. Sponsor will
withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law
of Sponsor’s jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction. Total
prizes available $101,700.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation
in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and
Promoter use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown
and state for promotional purposes in any media without further
payment or consideration.
8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right
to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical
failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes,
as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event,
Sponsor reserves the right to award the applicable monthly prize
and Grand Prize in a random from among all eligible entries received
up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in
its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be
tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes
or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person
to deliberately damage Sponsor's Web site (including the Sweepstakes
Web site) or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes
may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such
an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages
from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's
failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision.
9. Release. By accepting any prize, winner agrees
to release and hold harmless Sponsor, related companies, any company
involved with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers,
directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or
cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes
or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor, as well
as any companies involved with the Sweepstakes, are not responsible
for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information
or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or
postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible
or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2)
technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the
malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or
software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service;
(4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process
or the Sweepstakes; (5) electronic human or other error which
may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing
of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property,
including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be
caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's
participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material
from Sponsor's Web site(s) (including the Sweepstakes Web site),
regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or
a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected
to Sponsor's Web site by a hypertext link.
11. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and
all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
exclusively by the United States District Court of Delaware or
the appropriate Delaware District Court located in New Castle
County, Delaware; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards
shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event
attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be
permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights
to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any
other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and
any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant or
Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed
by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict
of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction),
which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction
other than the State of Delaware.
12. Data Collection. Sponsor collects personal
information from you when you enter the Sweepstakes. The information
collected is subject to privacy policies of SilverCarrot Inc..
13. Winner's List/Official Rules. For the name,
city and state of the winners and/or a set of Official Rules send
a self addressed, stamped envelope to SilverCarrot Inc.,
132 West 36th Street, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10018. Requests
must be received by December 31, 2009.

Dispute Resolution/Governing Law
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to this website

Hunt-For-The-Money or its affiliates shall be submitted exclusively
to confidential arbitration in New York, New York, except that,
to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to
violate Hunt-For-The-Money's or its affiliates’ intellectual
property rights, Hunt-For-The-Money and its affiliates may seek
injunctive, monetary or other appropriate relief in any state
or federal court in the State of New York (and may assert both
intellectual property causes of action and other appropriate causes
of action in any such action), and you consent to jurisdiction
and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall
be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. You agree to keep the subject matter of the dispute
strictly confidential. The arbitrator's award shall be binding
and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration
or other action under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration
or other action involving any other party subject to this agreement,
whether through class arbitration proceedings, class action proceedings
or otherwise. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of
the State of New York without reference to its conflicts of laws
provisions.
